Testifying that the temple is as a river of "truth, light, and love" - a fountain of restorative waters that will "heal our families and bring life to our branches, wards, and stakes," S. Michael Wilcox reminds us of the power of the temple to teach us, elevate our thoughts, and fortify us against the influences of the world. "When we are in desperate need of freedom, comfort, or direction, when our aching hearts cry out, 'how long, O Lord?' our first thought must be: Where is the temple?" So says Wendy L. Watson, who prescribes the "Celestial Therapy" available in the temple as the remedy for the time we are "weary, worried in despair, restless, lonely, misunderstood, indecisive, discouraged, overlooked, overweight, overwhelmed, overwrought, under appreciated, underemployed, or undernourished with love."
